The prices stated on our site are per person including VAT.
The prices stated on our page include the RittenCard per guest (from 6 years), with which you can use all public transport in South Tyrol (incl. the Renon narrow gauge railway and the Renon cable car to Bolzano) free of charge and visit the approximately 80 provincial museums. The local tax of Euro 2,50 per person and night is not included in the listed prices and has to be paid on site (children under 14 years excluded).
For the obligatory final cleaning we charge Euro 95.
Check-in: from 2:30 p.m., after receiving all necessary data from our guests, you will receive the details for individual check-in in advance thanks to the key box.
Check-out: We generally ask you to check out of the flat within 10:00 am. Please contact us personally to find out if there is a possibility for a late check-out on your departure day.
Additional services for your holiday
You are welcome to bring your four-legged family member with you: We charge Euro 15 per night for your dog.
For longer stays, we are happy to carry out intermediate cleaning for you on request, the prices are the same as for final cleanin
For your electric vehicle we have a wallbox directly at the car park (costs: Euro 0.40 per KWh).
